Hi, im getting this error message when i try to open windows firewall, if
anyone can help me, please i beg you. its really starting to annoy me now and
i need to add ports and such. The error message reads .. " Windows Firewall
settings cannot be displayed because the associated service is not running.
Do you want to start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
Service? .. and once i click yes it says " Windows cannont start the Windows
Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) Service. someone please help.
