Post subject: Windows Error Message & Shut Down.

All of a suden in the last 2 weeks, I am getting a window that pops up
when I am using my Print Shop 11 software.
It says that an error has occured and windows is shutting down
my program. I then lose whatever I was working on in
Print Shop.

Two points:

1. First, if you are experiencing such problems, you need to remember
to save often.

2. This would appear to be a Print Shop program, not a Windows one.
You should contact the makers of that software, or use whatever online
resources they provide for help.

If it's a Print Shop "problem", why
all of sudden am I getting error messages
from Windows XP & there is no opportunity
to "save" my work, as when the error message
appears--kaboom the work is gone!

Because Print Shop is failing, and when that happens, Windows tells
you about it. Print Shop can't tell you about it if it has failed and
shut down.

There is no opportunity to save your work because Print Shop has
failed.
