Any Windows XP Professional (given you had professional) CD of the same
license type (or modified to accept keys of said license type) will work for
you.
In other words - you had an OEM license type. If you found an unmodified
generic Windows XP Professional OEM CD SP2/SP3 - the odds are *very good*
(nothing is 100%) your product key would allow you to reinstall your OS.
Heck - worst case - you could use someone's Retail CD/Retail Product key -
do the install and use a microaoft provided tool to change the key on your
system to your OEM licensed product key and then activate it.
The CD contents (exception: the setupp.ini file) is not as tied to the
product key as many people seem to believe.
Unfortunate your OEM went out of business.
