Post subject: WMV slow, choppy Get Alert
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>video (more info?)

I've used Realplayer to play wmv and it's always been choppy. Think the same
thing happens in WMP9 & 10. No problem playing avi, mpg, etc. I also use VLC
Player for avi, mpg. Don't have any codec packs installed except for maybe
WMP9 but I have a lot of codecs installed on my PC according to GSPOT and
RadLight Manager. (Using XP SP2, Athlon 2.7 GHz CPU, 768 MB RAM.)
What's the best player to use for WMV?
