Vista's automatic problem finder/fixer reports that I need to install the
latest driver for the Intel graphics accelerator to solve some problem. I
have installed the new driver both from the Intel site and the Windows site
but still get the problem report. Any ideas? The problem I think it must
be reporting is that the driver stops working and the screen goes black for
a few seconds and then Vista gets it going again.

I think the problem is you cant read......notice this is an XP help group
not a VISTA help group...
So the chances are that you downloaded and installed XP drivers not VISTA
drivers
