I'm trying to install a program for my daughter on my computer, but everytime
I do a pop-up comes on and says that I do no have enough Video Memory to try
another computer. I've installed this program on my daughter's grandparents
computer and it works just fine. Is there anything that I can do to make it
work???

Some video games & software require 12-14mb of video memory,if you
run the youre monitor off the mb,then most boards have only 8mb of video
memory to offer, purchase a video card for the pc.Most all start at 32mb and
go to 650mb....

Jess,

It looks like your Video card doesn't have enough memory for the
application to run. Here's what to do to find out how much video memory
you have in your PC and your daughter's grandparents PC cards to see the
difference. You may have to buy a better Video card to overcome the
problem Jess, but at least you will know the minimum spec you'll need.

Go to: Start/Accessories/SystemTools/SystemInfo. Then click on
components and then display and look for RAM Memory.

Just compare the results from both PC's and it should give you the
information you need.

Hope this helps,
John.
