Post subject: User removed everyone permissions on task...
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>security_admin (more info?)

A user removed all the permissions on a task he created, including the
everyone group. When he did that, the task disappeared from task manager. Now
when he tries to recreate a new task using that same name, a window pops up
explaining that the task already exists, and he can't rename the new task.

How can I either kill completely, or recover that task so I can then kill it?

Thank you for your help!!!
