Most Windows Updates change my email default from Outlook Express to Outlook.
This forces me to manually go to Control Panel and change it back to OE.
Since MS cannot be contacted they cannot be advised of the problem or fix it.
Ideas?

Not really sure what this has to do with Media Center, but once you change
it back, it's fixed, right?

For what's it's worth, I use both OE and Outlook and haven't had any
problems with the default changing.

Not sure what you mean by "MS cannot be contacted", just go here and leave a
message:
