We have XPs firewall on and now users complain about the missing network printing noticiation in the right corner. I can fix that doing one of two things 1. I enable File and print-sharing for all computers (I can't just pick the print server ?) or 2. Add program spoolsv.exe but also there I have to apply to all computers even those on internet (why can't I just add the print-server ? Not even the whole 192.168.0.0/255.255.0.0 which are all my internal computers ???) Neither of these alternative feels good. I want to restrict it to just my printservers but then I can't get it to work. Can you help me out ?
