Sharing Encrypted Files With Limited Users

I am the Admin for my PC. I have other users, all of which are limited
accounts, and I have set permissions for them to read and execute only. How
do I share encrypted files with those other users so they can open or execute
the files when they are logged in under their account profile?

Hi,

You need to generate for every user theirs certificates (e.g. encrypt
something on theirs accounts) and then on your account in encrypting details
add certificates of users, who need access to your files.
