As best I can determine your tuner card does not support the DBA interface
required for use in MC for analog broadcasts. And if it did you would not
be able to comfiture both its analog and its digital tuner for use in MC
since it is a hybrid tuner card and both tuners are not available
concurrently which is a requirement for both of them to be configured in MC.
