I have an office worker that connects to a terminal server or to her own
desktop via RDP, but am having problems with printing.
She's using a Lexmark Z1300 connected to a laptop with a USB cable.
I have 'installed' the printer on both her desktop & the terminal server &
when she connected either way the printer shows up.
When trying to print, it shows up in the que & disappears. like it should
have printed, but nothing ever comes out.
I am getting the following mesage in the event viewer:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Print
Event Category: None
Event ID: 6161
Date: 6/28/2008
Time: 6:43:17 PM
User: mydomain\user
Computer: TS
Description:
The document Test Page owned by user failed to print on printer Lexmark 1300
Series/KELLEY-PC/Session 20. Data type: NT EMF 1.008. Size of the spool file
in bytes: 37148. Number of bytes printed: 0. Total number of pages in the
document: 1. Number of pages printed: 0. Client machine: \\TS. Win32 error
code returned by the print processor: 2.

Any suggestions?

I have a client that also connects via rdp to her office pc with her laptop.
The USB attached Lexmark Z1300 driver is installed on both the terminal
server and her desktop with the same results as Mike. I have found on the
Internet where many are having the same issue with various printers. But NO
answers. I too would love any suggestions. THANKS!

I have resolved this issue by following the directions on this page and
editing the registry. ==>

I hope this helps.
