Read Encrypted File Raw Error

Can someone help me? I get a pop-up that says "Attribute Raw Read Error rate changes from 59 to 58" When it pops up again it may read "56 to 55" or whatever. What is this and should I be concerned? Marty

Dear I have got a very big problem in by office.I dont know who but s/b encrypted one of my files with another user i want to decrypt it and im looking for any software or any other way.PPPPPLLLLLZZ help me -- milani

IIRC, the user's password must match too. Could that be the problem?
« I think the password is still the same. But the account I'm using to try and decrypt the file is different. It's a domain account now. At the last encryption, I think the account was the same user.. »
