Post subject: Program C:/Program Files/Internet Explorer/iexplore.exe
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>general (more info?)

I get this mess alot when closing my internet explorer seemed to start
happening after I downloaded internet explorere 6 or 7 whatever it is , i
downloaded like 7 things at one time & i cant figure out why this is happing,
Why make downloads that mess up peoples pc's or fail to download.

Any ideals though about the message of
Program C:/Program Files/Internet Explorer/iexplore.exe come up & how to
solve the issue? thank you ahead of time for your help

why download 7 at a time when any ONE of them can screw your system ..and
then you cant figure out which one without uninstalling them one by one
until the error goes away?????????????????

Before that was like Jan 25th, so alot of downloads >< But they come bundled
so I couldnt remember & on some you cannot pick what you download they make
you download all updates .

You didn't say what "the message" is ! (Need exact wording of the error
message.)

explorer.exe - Opens c:program filescommon after reboot. - Every time I boot up my XP Home computer, a window opens calls c:\program files\common. If I right click and go to process, I am brought to explorer.exe in task manager. How can I stop this window from opening? There is nothing in my start up..

Issues with program menus and Explorer populating - Explorer in XP Pro has been giving me issues lately. It intermittently fails to populate program groups such as the Start menu, or program groups on the Start menu, or the QuickLaunch menu, or the Add/Remove window, etc. Otherwise, the machine runs..
