Problem printing under 1 user but not another

I am running WindowsXP Profesional. I have 2 users set up. I have 2
printers shared through a print server. The first user can print to both
printers - no problem. The second user can print to one printer, but not the
other.
I am simply trying to do the "Print Test Page". The print job gets spooled
and indicates that it is printing, but the printer does not respond. If I
log on as the other user, I see the print job sitting there. If I do a test
print from this user, it goes in as the second document to print. (Still no
respones from the printer). If I cancel the first document, the second
document prints.
I know this sounds confusing, but I hope soeone can help me with this.
