On a standalone machine I envoked the softwarepolicy restriction. I allowed
the administrator account to not be included in the restriction. The machine
will allow me to log on but kicks me right out. Is there a way to get around
this or do I need to reload the operating system?

If you boot in safemode it will let you in if you have done what I think you
have done.

However, it is not clear what you have done. Can you give us more details on
how you horked this up?
