Plug ins

Oh, by the way is there any safe MS affiliated site where I can download a
plug in that changes the gifs' size?

I'd like to enlarge the size of my gifs without adding add wares and all
these annoying things that came with the unsafe softwares and plug ins.

Hi,

No, Microsoft does not endorse nor link to any third-party Messenger tools (with the
exception of SDKs for bot/agent development).

What exactly do you mean by "enlarge"? Do you mean forcing Messenger to display them larger,
or just the images themselves? If the latter, any standard paint program can assist with
that.

No that's not what I meant. Sorry, I may have not explained it clearly.

So here we go:

Windows Live Messenger supports gifs, so in a chat I can send text and gifs.

Oh, by "gifs" I mean the animated smiles, these little faces smiling,
crying, rolling eyes sarcastically, etc. But due to the fact that the
messenger has also a function that enables me to add new animated smiles by
loading any image with the ".gif" extension, and concerning that such new
uploaded images can be any animated image (like a sun shining or a car going
fast), I got the habit to call it generically as "gifs". But in fact, people
in general call it "smiles".

During a conversation, I saw once in the Windows Live Messenger chat window
someone who sent me smiles in a larger size. The smiles that we can send in
this messenger are small sized. But due to the plug in my friend was using in
her messenger, she was able to send me larger gifs (in the messenger chat
window, of course).

And by size I mean the size of the image view on the screen, not the space
it occupies in the hard drive.

Am I being understandable? (oh I hope so)

For example: lets suppose I saved in my hard drive a image whose size is
300x400 pixels.

If I use the Windows Live Messenger tool to create new smiles to upload this
300x400 pixels image as a smile, it will be turned in a new smile and also it
will be added to my list of smiles. And I will be able to send it to my
contacts as I do with any other of the smiles that originally came with the
Messenger.

But this new smile that I have just created will be a lot smaller (compared
to its original 300x400 pixels size) when I send it to my contacts.

So what I need is the plug in that makes these new smiles keep its original
size on the screen or at least a plug in that will not let these images
(uploaded as smiles) be so drastically reduced in its view size.

Hi,

I see. What you're referring to was a previous feature of Stuff-Plug which is no longer in
Stuff-Plug.

Messenger doesn't allow this anymore to the best of my knowledge.
