Photo Printing Wizard

I installed a HP Photosmart C3100 series Printer earlier this year. I have
just tried to print a few photos for the first time and wanted to get 3 or 4
on the one A4 photo paper (Something I have done successfully on the old
printer). However when it came to the Layout Selection Page only full page
selection was available and there was no means of scrolling through the
options as in the past!. Can someone advise me please on how to get theWizard
to perform correctly
