The issue I am having is that my only computer admistrator forgot their
password. How do I find a way of logging on to that account?

Log on as The Administrator Account and reset the password. As you don't
say what sort of XP you have, do the following:
For XP Pro, at the Welcome screen press Ctl-Alt-Del twice.
For XP Home edition, boot up into Safe Mode when the log-on for the
built-in Administrator account will appear.

Simply log in using the built-in Administrator account (which
cannot be deleted) and modify the desired account(s) and use Start > Run

By design, the only way to log into the Administrator account of
WinXP Home is to reboot into Safe Mode. For WinXP Pro, pressing
CTRL+ALT+DEL twice at the Welcome Screen will produce the standard login
dialog box.

Failing that, Linux-based password cracking utilities abound on the
Internet, freely available to anyone who can use Google.

Are you just perusing through groups and responding to as many
'forgotten/lost password' posts as you can? Wink

I gave you an answer that should give you everything and more that you might
need.
