Suddenly my pc started up looking as it did a year ago. Same desktop, same
shortcuts in IE. No mail in the inbox newer than 5th of january. A claim that
it needed to register with microsoft, due to major changes in the hardware (
no changes for ages) I can find my documents and files from the year that
pased. I cannot "re-create" the settings to any day between jan 5. and dec
18. What has happened?? where do I find the mail recieved during the last
year? Hope some-one can crack this case!!

Thanks

Martin

Have a look in the "Documents and Settings" folder, and see if the
user-profile has been 'sidestepped' and a new one created.

You email is under Local Settings>Identities>{number}>Microsoft>Outlook
Express.
