I need some help to secure my connection and hide my real IP when I upload
or using my web cpanel and when I send any email too.
So shall I use NAT is it more secure to do that or is there any other way.
Thanks in advance

If you're not doing anything unethical or illegal then you don't need to
hide your IP address.

Your public IP address can't be hidden, something always knows your
public address, be it a web server, Proxy server, FTP, etc.....

You have nothing to fear except breaking laws or TOS agreements.

All what I need Leythos is to hide my IP from hackers.

As Leythos pointed out - something knows your IP.

What you may be trying to get at and phrasing not so well is that you want
to be as well protected from hackers as possible, within reason and your
capabilities. Here is what I suggest for most home users with high-speed
internet.

1) Invest in a decent wired/wireless router device that will provide NAT for
your machines behind it. Change its passwords, keep remote management OFF
unless you need it, etc. Understand it. (RTFM)

2) If running a Windows XP or later system - use the built-in firewall or,
if you are really cautious/paranoid - some third party software firewall.

3) Use computing common sense.

Not only will you not be hiding your IP - that would do you no good anyway.
Security by Obscurity will prevent nothing.
