One of my coworkers has encountered an annoying problem. When she moves a
file from one folder to another, or deletes a file in Windows Explorer, the
change is not reflected until she leaves that screen and returns. That is, he
has to refresh the display before the change becomes evident.

What could be causing this and how do I correct it? On every other system in
the office, the screen refreshes automatically after such changes.

File list in the Windows Explorer folder is not refreshed after you
create, move, or delete files
