<b><big><big>Two downloads failed to load on my computer today.

On the Review your Update History page, it say to click on the failed icon
to learn how to solve the problem. This action does nothing.

Microsoft wants to charge me $35 to help fix their Web Site.

They tell me to call my computer manufacturer for support with the Microsoft
Web Site.
