Hi

Can anyone think of anything I've missed?

Just brought a microsoft wired laser 6000 mouse. Plugged it in and
get a USB malfunction error! Tried it on windows 2000 and plugged as
a standard USB mouse.

Sent it back to the ebay seller - and was advised that it works fine.
So plugged into my mothers computer - XP home SP2 - and works fine.

Just plugged back into my XP media centre 2005 system and USB
malfunction error.

Tried all the USB ports - removed all the usb devices including my
other microsoft keyboard and mouse and still nothing.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Rich
