I have the above keyboard but after installing the software whenever I type
in a web site or anything else it does not appear on my screen, Microsoft
explains the problem is the Mskey keyboard tool and I should quit it, but
doesn't explain how to do this, any one have an answer to this?

Try doing a ctrl, alt and del to bring up task manager. See if the tool is
listed and if so, do an End Task. If that solves the problem, run msconfig
and see if the tool is listed on the startup tab. Remove the mark to keep
the tool from being started at boot.
