Having installed Microsoft .Net Framework 3.0, can I uninstall 1.0, 1.1,
2.0, their hotfixes & their security updates? Thank you

Yes, you can but does there is any program asking for them?.
If not I will leave well alone.

The various versions are not fully backward compatible, so e.g. some apps
designed to use 1.1 may not work if only 2 or 3 is installed. One example is
Mathcad 12 which requires 1.1 and won't work if only b2 is installed.
