Menu takes very long to appear

Hi,

Lately, when I try to create a new folder by right-clicking in explorer and
selecting the NEW submenu, it takes ~30 seconds before the submenu actually
appears. Same thing happens if I try to use the File menu.

Any ideas -- what could be causing the slow-down?

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers
