I have been receving the following error messages when trying to start World
of Warcraft and Company of Heroes.

ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal Exception
Program: G:\World of Warcraft\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 001B:4FDFA63B

The instruction at "0x4FDFA63B" referenced memory at "0x5397069C".
The memory could not be "written".

WoW says that I should create a bootable CD with Memdiag.iso on it. They
then point me to another set of files to build the CD. Except the files are
all for Server 2003.

What do I need to do to create this boot CD? Everything I have found on this
site is about creating installation disks.

Hopefully someone here has a solution.

Thanks in advance.

WoW is blowing smoke. That type of error message is pretty much
always a software issue, such as trying to write a 13th item into an
array that was defined as containing 12.

You need to determine what item (Windows component, device driver,
application program, etc) is using memory address 0x4FDFA63B as that
will be the prime suspect.

Good luck
