When I couldnt find my Paint program on my windows xp pc I downloaded it from
the microsoft site. But the help file for this program is missing! I don't
have my installation cd anymore, any ideas how I can get the help file? It's
definately not anywhere on my computer.

I dont think MS paint for xp is downloadable, the xp edition is only
from the xp cd,windows components.Sure you installed the right version.

MS Paint should be installed from the add/remove Windows Components (Control
Panel - Add/Remove Programs) NOT from a website.
