I cannot open web links in email and when I open Word it displays a message
"This document could not be registered. It will not be possible to create
links from other documents to this documents. I suspect that the two are
related. Anyone got any ideas what is not running?

Hi

Try this:

Close OE, then type the following into Start>Run:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Please note the space between the 2 and u.

Then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and
click on 'Reset Web Settings...'.

Try the URLs again then.

That worked, but Word is still does not work. I guess they were not
