Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>security_admin (more info?)

Recently, files and folders that are shared and were once accessible on the
network computers no longer are. I've uninstalled and reinstalled security
software and opened firewalls. Two diff. computers on the networkd still
can't get into one computer that we need to. One of the error msgs. we get
is: \\computer
name\shareddocs is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network resouce. Contact the adminstator... Not enough server storage is
available to process this comand.

Nothing has changed on any of the computers involved and we don't understand
what's going on. I even reshared the folders on the computer we are trying
to access and we still can't get in.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Thanks!

Hmm. My name is also Karen and I have the same situation. Four hardwired
computers, one wireless. All can look and see each other. The 'bad' computer
is seen by all but not accessible. The bad computer can't see any of the
other computers.
