When you click the "Help and Support" link in the Start Menu, Help Center is
not opened. However, a desktop shortcut to
"%Windir%\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpCtr.exe" Does not work either. Just
give me hourglass for two seconds. I have downloaded SP 2 for XP that did
not help either.
