Hi D-Rell,

The first thing to do is check your game settings for voice. Is your
microphone installed into Windows correctly? Check the Windows Sound (which
is either in your taskbar (if enabled) or in the control panel under 'Sounds
and Audio Devices' or just 'Sounds'. Is your headset switched on at good
volume?

Do you still get sound from the game?

Check the above and get back to us.
