error comes up reads {If you were in the middle of something, the information
you were working on might be lost.}
Now if I dont click the error message (debug or cancle)
I don't get kick off the internet. this is what i found in temp doc.

The file name is mainifest.txt with 3 other name
appcompat.txt,svchost.exe.hdmp,and svchost.exe.mdmp.
Now if I close the error messages then the files also go away.
i've done eveything i know to stop the error and every update.
