Game runs only w/admin. priveleges, otherwise error

Mech Warrior 4 (Microsoft game) game will not start under any user account
other than admin. or my account w/admin. privileges. If I run it as admin.
when logged in as another user, (running program with admin. credentials) it
runs fine. Error message : "...has encountered problem and needs to
close..." Any suggestions?
