i have windows xp home with service pack 2 . when i play a video file the
monitor goes to full screen without any controls being available on the
screen. keyboard entries do nothing (ie control + alt + delete). i get
control back by momentairly hitting the power off and then reboot with F8
option.

i also get the same problem using real player.
