Post subject: Follow up no Kb
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>general (more info?)

Tried to reply to emails re no KB detected but NG says my reply is no longer
available. The following is a repeat.

The fact that she can't see the keyboard means she won't let me into the
BIOS! Rather than go down to recycling and getting the old one back I
borrowed next door's.

You are right. Just turned off all sounds in the BIOS and she has gone back
to sleep. But I am sure she lives to fight another day!

Will purchase a cheap one for future use. There should be a warning on
these wireless keyboards.

With all of the sounds now off I will have a tranquil start to my day.

Many thanks for your help.

Carl
