Processor speed showing wrong? - With a Compaq computer, it has a AMD Sempron 3200+ and in the setup it shows that it runs at 1800 MHz. I know that's what it does run at, but the problem is, in the System Properties it shows: AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3200+ 984 MHz, 224 Mb of RAM I....
