Hello, I have been using the "Cipher /r" command to create a local DRA recovery cert/key and it is working fine with the DRA. I would like to know if this key can be exported and then imported to another PC, or if it is only good on the PC where the Cipher command was generated. I am creating local DRAs and not domain ones.
