Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>print_fax (more info?)

My Defult Printing keeps messing up after an application prints. This
applicatin prints according to the vender. "The User sends the print request
to the Server (Oracle DB on AIX/HP-UX) – the server pulls the actual files
and sends them back to the client system to be rendered. The client system
fetches a print driver defined in your system settings based upon the printer
the user selects – uses it to rip the data to PCL and sends the PCL, via a
defined print queue on the UNIX server, to the printer via an LP port (TCP/IP
connection)."
