Hi all!

Please teach me how to combine movies. I would like to transfer CD movies to
DVD using Nero. How will I do it? And is it possible to put 4 movies all in 1
DVD? and if yes, will it be playable in DVD players?

Thanks!

Way too much to answer in one response without a lot of future information.

These 'movies' on CD.... do you mean they are full length movies in VCD
format?

Or four separate short avi (or similar) files.

Yes, you can combine them all in Nero, but you must remember that a Video
DVD (as opposed to a Data DVD) is going to be limited in time. In best
resolution, your DVD cannot be longer than about 90 minutes. If you're
willing to have really really bad resolution, you can probably cram in about
6 hours but on anything bigger than a 14" monitor it's going to look
terrible.

So tell us what you really want to do in more detail and we'll try to help
you achieve your aims.

I'd like to copy 4 separated VOB files into one DVD. It is 2 movies divided
into 2 VOB files. I'm trying to find a solution to compress these files just
like having 2-in-1 dvd.

My solution is combine each movie using nero, export, then import them back
and burn. But i think space will run out.

I think i should compress this files first into AVI. Any recommendation for
compression settings using TVC?

Thanks

Cyberlink's PowerDirector will edit and burn VOBs without any need for
conversion. You can just import them like any other video file.
