Thanks Sangupta. Although they didn't quite answer my question, those were
both good links which led me to (possibly) figure it out.
In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Media
Center\Settings\ProgramGuide there are two values for ZIP code and provider
ID. I believe if I change both of those to correct values then I've got the
guide updated to my new region. So...
Does anyone with a tuner want to do me a huge favor and tell me the cable
provider ID for 45069? I'd give you more 'was this helpful' yes votes than
you could ever imagine.
