Windows XP has built-in ability to burn a CD.
To activate the Windows XP CD burning, Right Click the CD drive in Windows
Explorer or in My Computer. Properties, Recording tab, check enable CD
recording on this Drive, Select a place to temporarily store file, OK.
Now you can drag and drop files to the CD recorder.
