You have typed your entire post in capital lettering.
Why would you do this?

If there is something you wish to emphasize - please - feel free - but
emphasizing an entire post is like speaking in a louder voice - for a whole
bunch of time. It can annoy those who frequent this newsgroup and would be
most likely to answer your query - although you chose not to really ask
anything - only make statements. It seems to many that you are screaming at
them and to those who do not come from that school of thought - it may just
be that all capital letters are hard to read, as they do not present as
pleasant (to the eye) of a readinf medium. Whatever the reasoning an
individual must have - I have seen no one ever say, "Hey! Why did you post
in all properly cased letters/grammar/punctuation?!"

Just a suggestion.

What new applications have you installed lately? AntiVirus? AntiSpyware?
Firewall? Intrusion protection? CD Burning application? Other?

Find the registry key below:

HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\allocatecdroms

and set the value to 0.

Reboot.
