Greetings,

There are two quick ways. The first is just to use my ZapMessenger utility:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/redir/zapmessenger.asp

The second is to manually do it by clicking Start, then Run (you'll only find Run if using
XP), then type/paste the following and press Enter:
msiexec /x {B1403D7D-C725-4858-AACC-7E5FA2D72859}

Greetings,

You can do so by clicking Start, then Run if using XP, then type/paste the following and
press Enter:
msiexec /x {76CD2979-09C0-493A-84B3-8FD97EF4BCEA}

Note that if you're using a previous version, it will be:
msiexec /x {DC509FE5-1445-46C9-827C-6120429CB942}

or the one before that:
msiexec /x {3491D278-AF52-4A0E-A1F5-D1A57B4F2222}
