App needed to examine / check video files, report on codec, other attributes

Looking for an application which can look into multiple files automatically
and generate a report / text file showing
PATH\FILENAME.EXT CODEC BITRATE FRAMESIZE FRAMERATE INTERLACED/PROGRESSIVE
PROFILE
or as close to that as I can get.

I am agnostic as to the operating system it runs on.

Thank you kindly for your thoughtful and on-topic responses.
