Age of Empires III: The WarChiefs

I have a full package licence of "Age of Empires III" from 1C COMPANY in
russian language. If I buy "The Warchiefs" addon in english, will they work
together? Will I be able to play using my ESO account then?

They should work together, but just in case I would ask their account support.
