Add user to trusted people list - Windows XP

Hi everyone,

i have a problem using EFS...
i'm trying to use the function AddUsersToEncryptedFile to add access
to an encrypted file for an user account created by my application.
The account created doesn't belong to trusted people list.
i'm wanna create a certificate and add this account to the trusted
people list by code.

please help..
