I am the administrator of my own computer, but the computer is denying me
access to a folder/file. How can I break through Windows roadblocks on my
own computer?

Hi,

Check your permission to folder - even build-in Administrator dont have
permission to some folders e.g. System Volume Information.

or if you cant add new user take ownership of folder first:
