I get an error message on screen that says "cxsrrs.exe is not working. I
found out it is an internet explorer virus.I have tried "Hijack This" to get
rid of it, but Ijust crash again, and on reboot same problem. It does'nt seem
to bther the system, if I minimise it ,but as soon as I try to stop it
running, the computer crashes and I'm back to square one again. Please can
anyone help?

Start the computer in Safe Mode and see if you can clean the problem
